This is our (and probably most Manayunk vegans') go-to spot for takeout or delivered pizza on those nights when you say "you know what? Let's just have pizza." They use Daiya cheese on their vegan pizza. Crust is not Blackbird-quality but for something a few blocks away (vs. a trip all the way across Philadelphia) it's not bad!

It's hard to overstate how much Landau and Jacoby have done to put Philly on the vegan map. Even setting aside the vegan chefs/entrepreneurs they've trained, Horizons woke up mainstream Philadelphians to the potential of vegan fine dining, and Vedge carries that even further. Note that reservations are needed for a table almost every night, but they serve the full menu at the bar, which has a nice atmosphere.
