Had the scrambled tofu. This was the BEST brunch I have ever had (besides Mi Lah). Everything was a little spicy but went together really well. Also ordered a side of the shiitake scrapple, which was crispy and smoky.

There are sooooo many things to choose from here. I'm excited to try them all. So far I have had the three layer popcorn and mock tuna salad, which were wonderfully seasoned. Also had the vegan mango blueberry bread, which was perfect. Great spot in West Philly, good for snacking in the park!

This place is quaint, filled with really nice people. It's rather new and tucked right into Point Breeze so it's a little hidden, but I feel like they will soon gain a much bigger crowd. I came ravenous and wanted a huge messy sandwich-- which is exactly what I got. Ordered the vegan cheesesteak, which had carrots and other veggies and was not overly fried or greasy. Will definitely be coming back here soon for some baked goods and to try a wrap!

Incredibly flavorful with the opportunity for many combinations - roasted vegetables, hummus, lemony sauce, kalamatas, etc. Daily specials offered but expect to pay 9-13 dollars for lunch.

They have fresh and flavorful salads, smoothies, and soups with the ingredients listed on everything. There are many options and the space has a really cool atmosphere, but it's more expensive than other lunch places.

Recently went here with a friend and had the winter melon soup, spring rolls, brown rice, and the crispy soy steak. I thought the soup was light and had a very pleasant flavor especially with the mushrooms!

However, the soy protein steak was just a crunchy thing in a thick drippy sauce. I would probably not get it again.

Visited Mood Cafe with a friend for dessert. There are 25 flavors of lassi, which is a smoothie that is normally made with yogurt but can be made vegan with coconut, almond, or soy milk. I requested to have a combination of flavors and the owner was more than happy to try. He even gave us free samples and even made the Vegan Crazy Chaat on the house because I wasn't sure what it was. So sweet! The chaat was very fresh with delicious chutney and the service was wonderful.

Recently tried The Steve, toasted BBQ tofu with tomato, arugula and aioli on ciabatta, and the Vegan Chicken Salad which is tempeh chicken salad on multigrain at GLC in Center City. The bread itself is BEAUTIFUL but overall the sandwiches are filling and really cheap. Will definitely be going there often now!
