This place elevates vegetables to an art form. There's no fake steak and whatnot at this place. While you may see a dish with tofu or seitan, these are in the minority and the true standouts here are vegetables prepared meticulously. Desserts are also amazing. The house-made dairy free ice cream is incredible. I was advised to have the popcorn ice cream, but they were out, so I "made do" with maple. Really just can't say enough good things about Vedge.
